Parent Meeting
A Parent Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 13th at 6:00pm. This event lasts about 30-45 minutes and is for parents only so that you have a chance to hear from your child’s teachers in a calm and quiet setting. You will learn about plans for the year, have an opportunity to ask questions, return or fill out any necessary forms, and simply learn about how your little one will be spending his/her days with us. We strongly encourage one or both parents to attend, especially if you are new to the preschool. You are sure to gain a lot of helpful information to ensure that you have the smoothest possible start to your child’s year at Cornerstone.
Meet and Greet
We will have a Meet and Greet event on Thursday, August 15th, where you may bring your child to meet his or her teachers, see the classroom, and get acclimated to the Cornerstone environment. At Meet and Greet you will receive a parent packet with helpful information to make the transition to preschool as easy as possible for you and your child. You will also be able to hear from your child’s teachers about what your child will need to bring, preschool policies, carpool instructions, daily schedule, enrichment programs, and any other questions you may have. We stagger the class arrival times for Meet and Greet in order to help those families with more than one child, as well as to manage the amount of people on campus for ease of access and parking.
The times for Meet and Greet are as follows:
10:00 a.m. ~ One-Year-Old Classes - Monday/Wednesday or Four Day Students
Three-Year-Old Classes
11:00 a.m. ~ One-Year-Old Class - Tuesday/Thursday
Two-Year-Old Classes
Four-Year-Old Classes
